Poor Craftsmanship

This dress gets 1 star because it is a beautiful idea and design, but it was executed poorly. The dress I received had the underlining hanging longer than the top layer. Even with ironing, it still hung below the top layer. The elastic in the sleeves is not strong enough to support them so they don’t stay up at all. The material makes the dress extremely poofy, but I could live with that. I paid just as much for alterations to correct the sleeves and hemline as I did for the dress. I’ve ordered a good number of dresses over the years from this company and have never before received such a poorly constructed item.
